April 25, 2015: Reverse Pyramid Workout

This is a fun workout to do if you don’t have much time and want to get a quick sweat session in.

I was running around all day with errands, so when I finally made it into my fitness center, I wanted to make it quick.

Here’s what I did!

Reverse Pyramid Workout

100 Squats

90 Cross Mountain Climbers

80 Triceps Dips

70 Push Ups

60 Sit Ups

50 Sumo Squat High Pulls

40 Mountain Climbers

30 Squat Press

20 Burpess

10 Jack Squats
